He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae Criddle Scruggs; his children, Carrol Scruggs (Amanda) of Milton, FL, Linda McCormick (Roger) of Brewer and Gregg Scruggs (Melissa) of Dry Creek, MS; his grandchildren, Jala Blackard (DJ) of Myrtle, MS, Miranda McCormick of Brewer, Logan Scruggs (Kelsey) of Jonesboro, Ark, Tucker Scruggs of Dry Creek, MS, Harley Medley (Brad) of Milton, FL, Katelan Hicks (Colton) of Corinth, MS and Michael White of Dry Creek, MS; his sisters, Janette Hall (Ronnie) of Aberdeen, MS and Gladys Keith; and his sister-in-law Rita Scruggs of Amory, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
