She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Box and Earline Davis Box; her husband Bill Putman; her daughter Carla Cassandra Putman; and her brothers, Billy Joe Box and Bobby Ted Box.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Putman (Lindsey) and Candice Taylor (Mitch); her grandchildren, Ali Grace Putman, Jake, Josh and Jonathan Taylor; her stepgrandchildren, Sydney, Preston and Bella Claire Young; and her siblings, Anthony Box, Larry Box, Freida Jones, Patsy Reed and Debbie Gammill.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Auburn Baptist Church (1138 Co Rd 931, Tupelo, MS 38804).
