He is survived by: his wife Susie Moore; his son Troy Lee Moore (Kathy) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Mary Moore (Oller); and his family, Dr. Judith Baker, Gayle Oller, Howard Oller and Eva Gotz. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
