He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willard, June Wagner, Elsie and Billy Meguire; his stepfather Melvin Lipford; and his parents-in-law, George and Josephine Burroughs.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Burroughs Meguire of Tupelo; his children, Patrick Jefferson "PJ" Meguire of Nashville and Stephanie Meguire Coon of Tupelo; his mother Sylvia Wagner Lipford of Tupelo; his grandchildren, Lennox Coon, Ember Coon and Finn Coon; his sister Wanda June Benson of Tupelo; his niece Amanda Benson; and his great-niece Christina Nichols.
