We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Nancy Jean Oliver in Tupelo, Mississippi. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Captain Sidney Leon Oliver and Grace Marian Kattau Oliver; and her siblings, Dana Costas and Mitchell Oliver. She is survived by: her daughter Nina Strother; her son-in-law David Strother; her grandchildren, Sidney and Liam Strother of Fulton, MS.; and her siblings, Michael Oliver (Bette), Grace Oliver and Sidney Oliver, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the The Orchard Fulton (301 East Main Street). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her honor to the Gertrude C. Ford Hope Lodge in Jackson, MS, which provides free lodging for cancer patients and their caregivers during treatment.
