Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his father Henry Lee Sorrell; and his stepmother Patricia Sorrell. He is survived by: his mother Willie Mae Hall Pittman (Henry) of Milwaukee, WI; his siblings, Ricky Sorrell (Shena) of Tupelo, Duane Greer of Huntsville, AL, Jackie Sorrell and Lisa Crockett of Milwaukee, WI; and his close friend James Cox of Tupelo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the King's Dome Worship Center (2155 McCullough Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38801).
