She was predeceased by: her parents, Zedok McBride and Ida McBride; her husband Vernon Neale Buchanan (Buck); and her daughter Pam Caylor. She is survived by: her children, Mike Buchanan of Houston and Becky Rollins (Dan) of Tupelo, Mississippi; her grandchildren, Joel Caylor (Amber) of Port Lavaca, Melissa Caylor of Houston and Kristin Rollins of Fort Worth; her great grandchildren, John, Emily, Kinley Caylor of Port Lavaca, Tucker and Trevor Caylor of Houston; and her sisters, Ruth Ann Cowey of Marble Falls and Pat Brandt of Bandera, Texas.. She is also survived by the love of her life, her sweet daughter and her brothers and sisters.
