With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Samuel Harris II of Tupelo, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 3, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samuel and Rebecca Morrison Harris; and his sister Emilie Harris Lambeth. He is survived by: his former wife June; his wife Donis; his grandchildren, Clarke Harris, Taylor Dann, Natalie Gregio, Jessica Harris, Paula Aldridge, Donis Maxwell, John Harris IV, Michael Dozier and Bryson Douglass; and his great grandchild Jo Reed.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made the to The Gideons or to a charity of the donor's choice.
