She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke W. Wages and Allie Rogers Wages; her husband Ben Herbert Burleson; her sister Nell Hollaway; her brother-in-law Tom Hollaway; her nephew Richard Hollaway; and her son-in-law Joe Munn.
She is survived by: her children, Ben Patrick Burleson (Linda) of Collierville, TN and Carol Ann Burleson Munn of Tupelo, MS; her grandchildren, Ricky Munn (Desiree) of Knoxville, TN, Chris Munn (Jessica) of Tupelo, David Munn (Jacqueline) of Biloxi, MS, Joshua Burleson and Luke Burleson of Collierville, TN; her great grandchildren, Hannah Munn, Isaiah Munn and Annebelle Munn; and her niece Michele Hollaway of Tupelo, MS.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo (5281 Cliff Gookin Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38801). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
