He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Mallette (Mark) and Lorie Grisham-Wade (Rodney); his grandchildren, Lauren Kateland Robinson (Brandon), Christian Hunter Wade (Jesse), Joshua Adam Mallette and Jana Alexis (Lexi); and his sisters, Sarah Cockrell, Loretta Robbins, Linda Cook and Teresa Burks.
