We bid farewell to Hazel Riggs of Tupelo, Mississippi, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 17, 2025 at the age of 84. Hazel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Leslie and Johnnie Mae Payne Leslie; her spouse Eddie Riggs; and her brothers, Carroll Leslie and Benny Leslie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Riggs Martin of Tupelo and Janice Riggs Driskell (Joel) of Tupelo; her grandchildren, Anna Wesleigh Driskell, Emerie Driskell, James Martin and Marley Driskell; and her sisters, Helen Little and Sharia Brown Sewell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pegues Funeral Directors - Tupelo (535 W Jefferson St, Tupelo, MS 38804). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
