She was predeceased by: her parents, James Nolan Franks and Amanda Frances Hankins Franks; and her brothers, Milford Franks and Billy Wayne Franks. She is survived by: her husband Billy Lowry of Tupelo; her children, Bill Lowry (Joann) of Tupelo and Kristy Catlin (Dan) of Billings, Montana; her grandsons, Justin Hoffman (Abby), Sam Catlin (Tiff) and Cole Catlin (Alyssa); her great grandchildren, Willow Catlin and Franklin Catlin; her brother Roger Franks (Gale) of Mooreville; and her sister-in-law Mary Jean Reeder (Ellis) of Pontotoc. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
