He was predeceased by: his siblings, Junior Williams, Eugene Williams, Virginia Godsey, Ludie Johnson, Rayburn Williams and Dean Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Pat Williams of Wren; his sister Brenda Myhand of Nettleton; his children, Tony Williams (Melanie) of Eggville and Kim Kilgore (Alan) of Wren; and his grandchildren, Kayla Ethridge (Erik), Cody Williams, Haley Kilgore, Aubree Kilgore, Addyson Ethridge, Bryson Ethridge and Braydon Kilgore. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and his sibling in laws.
