He is survived by: his son Mike Metz (Amanda) of Daphne, AL; his grandchildren, Matthew Metz, Rylie Metz and Maddox Metz; and his brother Thomas Metz (Leslie) of Follansbee, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
