She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Schumpert and Bobbie Conwill Schumpert; her husband Ken Stanford; her daughter Marsha; and her granddaughter Alexis Carrisoza.

She is survived by: her children, Melanie Stewart (Daniel) of Mooreville, Josh Stanford (Jessica) of Eggville and Kasi Carrisoza (Drew) of Nettleton; her grandchildren, Cody Rodgers, Keianna Bearden, Blake Curry, Hayden Stewart, Makhi Stewart, Drake Stanford, Alisha Guin (Hayden), Erica Gibens (Jesse), Micah Carrisoza and Miranda Carrisoza; her siblings, Cindy Dew of Laurel, MS and Scott Schumpert (Celissa) of Prattville, AL; and her father-in-law Kenneth Ray Stanford.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo (5281 Cliff Gookin Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38801). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Sadie Holland Memorial Chapel-Holland Funeral Directors (5281 Cliff Gookin Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38801).
