He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wilson Johnson and Josie Rene Johnson (Haynes). He is survived by: his wife Jo Scott Johnson; his son Todd Ellis (Lisa); his grandchildren, Lauren Ellis and Braden Ellis; and his siblings, James Earlie Johnson, Robert Joe Johnson, Scotty Butch Johnson, Dorothy McCullar and Tollie Ray McCullar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo (5281 Cliff Gookin Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38801). A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
