He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Paul Kelly, Sr. and Betty Ruth Bowles Kelly; his son Brandon Kelly; and his sister Paula Ruth Kelly. He is survived by: his son Barry Kelly (Connie) of Mooreville; his grandchildren, Katie Toney (Cameron) of Corinth, Zach Langley of Mooreville, Aiden Kelly of Mooreville, Levi Kelly of Shannon, Jordon Kelly of Shannon, Madelyn Kelly of Shannon and Sophia Kelly of Shannon; and his siblings, Gene "Paul" Kelly, Jr. (Judy) of Shannon, Cindy Ruff of Shannon and Jenny Bailey of Shannon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pegues Funeral Directors - Tupelo (535 W Jefferson St, Tupelo, MS 38804).
