He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar "L. A." Gidden and Virginia Fonda Gidden; his son Sean Gidden; and his brother Lamar Gidden, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patti Frith Gidden of Tunica; his sons, Bill Gidden (Lindsay) of Hernando, MS and Jim Gidden (Tricia) of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Mary Stanford Gidden, William Henry Gidden III, Brittany Gidden and Colton Gidden; and his sister Patti.
