She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Ruth Elizabeth Brewer Rascoe (Fred Hill Rascoe, Jr.); her siblings, Faye Durough (Bob), Cindy Watson (Ben) and Fred Hill Rascoe III (Ingrid); her children, Tommy Craig, Tobey and Elizabeth Mangum; her granddaughters, Kyra and Ellie Mangum; her goddaughter Kate Taylor Battle; her sisters-in-law, Aimee and Scottye Mangum; and her husband Craig Mangum. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
