He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Smith and Essie Basham Smith; and his siblings, Roy Smith and Mildred Gray. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Koehler Smith; his children, Richy Bibb (Pat) of Tunica, MS and Lynn Barton (Frank) of Tunica, MS; and his grandchildren, Franklin Barton (Tara), Rachael Ruud (Sheldon), Jon Koehler Bibb (Shannon) and Owen Bibb (Rachel). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
