He was predeceased by: his father John Anthony Walker, III. He is survived by: his mother Karen Mills (Dale); his sons, Logan Douglas Murphy, Ian Anthony Walker and Jason Douglas Walker, Jr.; and his siblings, Jennifer Walker (Rebecca), Paul Kinney (Jamie) and Ray Kinney (Faith).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or any addiction center of your choice.
