He is survived by: his wife Diane Breedlove Eubanks; his children, Dr. Trey Eubanks (Angela) of Memphis, Tara Eubanks Sartor (Paul) of West Monroe and Brigid Breedlove Kay (Bill) of Germantown; his brother Billy Lynn Eubanks (Suzi) of Pontotoc, Mississippi.; his grandchildren, Paige Eubanks Coleman (Clark), Conner Eubanks, Brett Sartor, Nathan Eubanks, Anna Sartor Titus (Garet), Sydney Eubanks, Jim Kay, Jonathan Kay, Jimmy Eubanks, Andrew Sartor and Laurel Kay; and his great grandchildren, Coen, Maeve and Nora Coleman.
