It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Carlton of Tunica, Mississippi, born in Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Clement Carlton, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Carlton (Jacobs) of Newport; his sister LaManda Carol Carlton Sakalarios of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; and his aunt Mary Alice Carlton-Ward of Lake Cormorant, Mississippi.
The family requests memorials be made to the Humane Society.
