We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2025, at the age of 76, Jackie Douglas Benard in Tunica, Mississippi, born in Humboldt, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Jackie Douglas is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He is survived by: his wife Sun Hwa Benard; his children, Michelle Benard Biehl (Chad) and Stephen Alan Benard (Monica); and his grandchildren, Aubrey Elizabeth Benard, Zoey Adelyn Benard, Cody Biehl and Gage Biehl.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Arrington Funeral Directors and Crematory (148 W University Pkwy, Jackson, TN 38305). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
