He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoleon Lafayette Parker and Ida Roberta Posey; and his grandson Dutch Parker Graves. He is survived by: his wife Anita Hastings Parker; his daughters, Nancy Parker of Tunica and Suzi Carson of Atlanta, Georgia; and his grandsons, Buckley Graves (Keri) of Tunica, Nick Graves (Jessica) of Tunica, Reed Carson of Atlanta and John Carson of Atlanta. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
