He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Guth and Delia Helsor Guth Boser; his wife Earlene Guth; his daughter Sandra Guth; his sister Charmane Seward; and his great grandchildren, Seth Guth, Pallbearers, Chris Guth, Brad Guth, Adam Guth and Caleb Guth.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Guth (Susie) of Tremont, Gregory Guth of Tremont and David Guth (Donna) of Tremont; his grandchildren, Chris Guth (Danyel), Lori Hale (Johnny), Marsha Ferguson (Tony), Brad Guth (Amy), Adam Guth (Angie), Katie Parker (Scott), Caleb Guth, Amanda Minichino (Adam), Charlotte Guth Leathers and Anna Dunn (Mike); his great great grandchild Kathy Dorfner; and his sibling Slinger. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
