She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Syble Roberts Chamblee; her son Gary Crouch; and her brother-in-law Ricky Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Crouch; her son Tony Crouch (Rhonda) of Tremont; and her siblings, Michael Dwayne Chamblee (Jennie) of Guntown and Cynthia Smith of Fulton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
