He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Phelan and Botie Harbor Clark; his son Randy Clark; and his siblings, Myrlene Fox and Eugene Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Scott of Russellville, AL, Kim Poores of Vina, AL and Danny Clark of Racine, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Joshua Clark, Josh Clark, Jacob Scott, Jared Scott, Missy Scott, Jeromy Scott, Travis Lanctot, Tasha Kelton, Heather Pounds, Kayla Lanctot, Casey Poores, Carrie Ann Clark, Katie Marie Clark and Nichole Clark; and his great grandchildren, K. J. "Katie Jo", Sara Katherine, Atley, Anniston, Aleghia, Akeria, Cody, Gabby and Bryson.
