He was predeceased by: his parents, W. E. Harper and Mildred Harper; and his brothers, Bobby Harper and David Harper. He is survived by: his daughter Hope Harper Webb (Alan); his grandson Connor Webb; his siblings, Bill Harper (Diane) and Faye Lundburg; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Harper and Mary Jo Harper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
The Harper family suggest memorials be made as donations to Hospice Compassus in lieu of flowers.
