He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ray and Millie Lorene Webb; and his brothers, Ray Webb, Randy Webb and Billy Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Webb; his children, Charles "Charlie" Webb (Amanda) and Memory Desmond (Tracy); his grandchildren, Jayda Pauline Webb and Jordan Millie Webb; and his sister Donnie Louise Montgomery.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Milling Funeral Home of Union (23477 MS-15, Union, MS 39365). A burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union (23477 MS-15, Union, MS 39365).
