She is survived by: her husband Melvin Lackey; her sons, Jeff (Edie Lackey) and Alan (Tricia Lackey); her grandchildren, Brandon, Daniel, Jennifer and Melissa; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Lackey, Zeke Lackey, JJ Lackey and Lucy Lackey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
