He is survived by: his parents, Richard Warner Folks and Eva Louise Bunyard (Lester); his children, Alexander James Folks, Tiffany Folks (Dylan Criddle) and Dawn Folks; his siblings, Richie Folks (Debra), Bill Bunyard, Artis Bunyard and Nicki Bunyard; his grandchildren, Evelyn Criddle, Scarlatte Criddle and James Davidson; his niece Sarah; and his nephew Rick Folks. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
