He is survived by: his children, Renee Ragsdale (Jeremiah), Susan McNutt (Joey) and Regetta Garland; his grandchildren, Hope Newcomb (Daniel), Tanner Garland, Trevor Garland and Clara Garland; his great grandchildren, Ella Newcomb and Rayker Newcomb; and his siblings, Carolyn McVay and Lynell Bailey.
