She is survived by: her mother Betty Martin Greene; her brother Mark Greene (Amy); her nephew Matt Greene (Brittany); and her niece Lauren Greene.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tammy's honor the The American Diabetes Association.
