He is survived by: his great grandchild Paisley; his children, Lisa Morgan (Shad), Lee Hollingsworth (LeighAnn) and Lance Hollingsworth (Tina); his grandchildren, Madison Morgan, Mason Morgan, Chase Hollingsworth (Jackie), Kalee Hollingsworth, Chloe Hollingsworth and Rory Hollingsworth; his great grandchild Paislee Hollingsworth; his siblings, Sally Green (Billy), Jackie Everett (Wadell), Robert Hollingsworth (Janice) and Mack Hollingsworth (Tammy); and his sisters-in-law, Marie Kea and Dianne Hollingsworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
