He was predeceased by: his father John David Duckworth; his brothers, Thorthony, Jimmy Dewayne and Timothy O'Neal; and his nephew Christopher Lynn.
He is survived by: his mother Oplean Owens Duckworth; his daughters, Cassandra Stafford of Searcy, AR and Trish Duckworth of Burnsville, MS.; his grandchildren, Ashton, Samuel, Jaycie and Gabriella; and his great grandchild Emmett Fleming. He is also survived by wife, best friend.
