He is survived by: his son Jim Foster (Pam) of Tishomingo, MS; his grandchildren, Adrienne Carter of Tishomingo, Brandon Martin of Aurora, CO, Phoebe Foster of Arizona and Madison Foster of Arizona; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Payne of Tishomingo, Clark Payne of Tishomingo and Gracie Martin of Aurora, CO..
