It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Fay Phifer of Tishomingo, Mississippi, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Riley and Estella Tennison Phifer; and her siblings, JD (Joyce), John (Ruth), Billy Ray, Randall (Virginia), Harold and Jimmy Dale Phifer.
She is survived by: her siblings, Helen McAnally, Maxine Phifer, Doyle Phifer, Ann Phifer and Donnie Phifer (Shelia); and her sisters-in-law, Esther and Doris Phifer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
