It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Pender of Tishomingo, Mississippi, who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Marcus Parnell and Vera Strickland Parnell of Greenville; her husband Donald; and her granddaughter Olivia Watkins. She is survived by: her son Brian Pender (Melissa) of Pearl; her sister Donna Rutledge of Oxford Pennsylvania; and her granddaughter Gracie Watkins. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
