She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilden Lee and Mary Grace Cain McLellan; and her aunt Tennye McLellan. She is survived by: her husband Harvey Sturdivant; her sons, Daniel Bozone (Megan) of Hattiesburg, Joseph Bozone (Teresa) of Brandon, Jared Sturdivant (Melissa) of Tillatoba and Seth Sturdivant (Kristen Kiihnl) of Tillatoba; her siblings, Patricia Allen (Johnny), Reba Robertson (Robby) of Sallis, Necie Cain (Barry) of Sallis and George McLellan (Amy) of Sallis; her grandchildren, Danger Bozone, James Lee Sturdivant, Colby Bozone, John Preston Tullos, Samuel Bozone, Ransom Bozone and Simon Bozone; and her nephew Dr. John Allen, Jr..
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakland Baptist Church (14295 Hickory St, Oakland, MS 38948). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the church or charity of the donor's choice.
