He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Bell, Sr. and Lilly Vesta Payne Bell; his wife Opal Bell; his children, Karen Merrill and Thomas Ray Bell; and his siblings, Eula Andrews, Fred, Cecil, Gus and Paul Cantrell.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah McCool (Tommy) of Tillatoba and Ronald Bell (Elisa) of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Michael Merrill, Angela Dukes, Christopher McCool and Kimberly Beavers; his great grandchildren, Victoria Merrill, Nicholas Merrill of Veronica Chambers, P. J. and Allison Dukes; his grandchildren, Hunter, Hayden McCool, Caitlyn and Hannah Beavers; and his great great grandchild Isabelle Chambers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Union Cemetery Fund through the Tillatoba Baptist Church.
