She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby Blevins; her stepfather Allen Blevins of Memphis, TN; her husband Richard Lyles; her grandson Zachary Lyles-McWhorter; and her sister Dianne Best.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Thorpe (Kevin) of Covington, TN, Latosha Lyles (Michael McWhorter) of Meridian, MS and Timothy Lyles (Michelle) of Tillatoba; her grandchildren, Jace Hixson, Devon Lyles, Braden Thorpe, Ethan Thorpe, Kaydance Lyles, Konner Lyles, Issac Elmore, Ethan Lyles, Evan Lyles and Gabriel Lyles; her siblings, Dorthy Burkeen and Michael Blevins of Memphis, TN; and her niece Wanda Smallwood.
