He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ervin and Lillian Mae Ellett Jones; his wife Sara Jane Anthony Jones; and his brother Ernest Mitchell "Jake" Jones. He is survived by: his children, Lisa McMillian (David) of Oakland, Sherry Anderson (Roy) of Tillatoba, Shelia Peacock (Quay) of Coffeeville and Rev. James M. Jones (Melissa) of Scobey. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
