She is survived by: her husband Jerry Self; her daughters, Teresa Self (Michael), Laurie Bishop (Michael) and Amanda Baily (Michael); and her grandchildren, Bethany Franks, Chantry Belk, Tiffany Bishop, Tayler Bishop, Brandon Bailey and Payton Bailey.
