He is survived by: his spouse Alva Dean Dillard; his children, Tina Lease (Sean), Richard Turpin (Lisa), Jim Turpin (Pam), Joseph Voyles (Amanda) and Jody Voyles (Kelli); and his brother Rex Holloway (Tony). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
