He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Caldwell and Myra Louise Arduengo Caldwell; and his brother Buford Leo Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Genell Brummett Caldwell; his children, Lorrie Caldwell Boyd (Stephen) and Ricky Caldwell (Dianna); his grandchildren, Erin Ward (Patrick), John Hoggard (Bethany), Brittany Taylor (Madison), Mitch Grizzle (Amber), Jenny Caldwell, Emily Bryant (Dominic), Chris Carter (Kara), Katie Carter and Peyton Hurt; his sister Rebecca Caldwell Siddon (Pete); and his nieces and nephews, Keith Caldwell, Eric Caldwell, Sherry Caldwell Hoyland, Amy Siddon and Jody Siddon. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
