She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Everette and Maggie Pearle Dillard Carwyle; and her sister Betty Fike. She is survived by: her husband Leroy Burgess; her children, Pamela Ellis (Jeff) and Greg Raines (Cindy); and her brother Rickey Carwyle (Candy). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
