He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Wayne Carter (Penny) and Onice Fay Carter; his nephews, Adam Wayne Carter, Eric Thomas Carter and Johnathan Cody Carter; and his great-nephews, Noe Carter, Jacob Carter and Bruce Carter.
