He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hastings Chandler and Jeannette Windham Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Louanne Chandler; his children, Kelly Bell (Stephen) and Ross Chandler (Emily); and his grandchildren, Wrigley Bell and Barkley Chandler.
