He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Weaver and Frances Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Emilie Weaver of Terry; his sons, Ryan Weaver (Beth) of Gluckstadt, Tyler Weaver of Terry and Carson Weaver of Terry; his siblings, Michael Weaver (Charlotte) of Brandon and Linda Mahaffey (Danny) of Pontotoc; his aunt Nell Thrash of Forest; and his close friend Oswalt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Springridge United Methodist Church in Terry, MS.
